Relocation of the Summer Hill Campus Health Centre

The School has been incredibly well served by the work of our Senior Nurse Mrs Katie Brooks RN for many years. It is therefore a pleasure to let everyone know that she and her team have a new Health Centre to care for the boys. This new facility is located in a more central area of the Summer Hill Campus, near the Special Duties Masters and Security Office. It is accessible from the Number 2 Oval or Western Side of this area, near the ramp that allows access to the oval. (See Map Below.)

Peanuts and tree nuts (almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, chestnuts, hazelnuts, hickory nuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios and walnuts) have been responsible for the highest number of fatal anaphylactic reactions in schools. Trinity has many students across all year groups who have anaphylactic reactions to peanuts and tree nuts. The School Cafeteria and Canteen as well as catering at Trinity Grammar School, does not use peanuts and tree nuts in the food it prepares. Whilst the School cannot not claim to be peanut or nut free or to have banned peanuts or tree nuts, to reduce the risk of potential contact, we request that parents/students do not send/bring peanuts and tree nuts to School.
